Burratina 125g - Antica Fattoria

Burrata is a stretched curd dairy product, of relatively recent origins, similar to mozzarella but with a softer and creamier consistency. It was born in Andria in the first decades of the 1900s and today it is considered one of the most delicious specialties of Apulian dairy production.
Ingredients: Milk, UHT cream, salt, rennet (without added preservatives).
