Fibrepan is the classic mix of flours for gluten free bread, pizza and focaccia. Fibrepan has 7% plant fibers including Psyllium seed fibers, chicory fibers and guar gum which, thanks to their properties of absorbing water, improve bowel function and facilitate digestion.

Furthermore, the presence of Psyllium gives the dough elasticity, facilitating its processing and improving its characteristics.
