Naturally leavened croissant with 30% pastry cream filling

A soft, naturally leavened croissant made with type “0” wheat flour and filled with a smooth 30% pastry cream. Light, fragrant and perfect for breakfast, snacks, or on-the-go indulgence.

Ingredients:
Soft wheat flour type “0”, pastry cream filling 30% (glucose syrup, sugar, water, vegetable fat (palm), whole milk powder, egg yolk, stabiliser: pectin, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate, vegetable oils: rapeseed and sunflower, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrate), natural yeast (wheat), sugar, eggs, water, glucose syrup, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), butter, salt, flavouring, preservative: calcium propionate.

May contain traces of nuts, soya, and sesame.
