A soft, naturally leavened croissant made with type “0” wheat flour and filled with a rich 30% chocolate cream. Light, fragrant, and crafted to deliver a balanced bite of buttery pastry and smooth chocolate filling.

Ingredients:
Soft wheat flour type “0”, chocolate filling 30% (sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fat (palm), chocolate 8% (sugar, cocoa, cocoa butter), whole milk powder, flavouring, gelling agent: pectin, preservative: potassium salt, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, acidifying agents: citric acid and sodium citrate), natural yeast (wheat), sugar, eggs, water, glucose syrup, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), humectant: sorbitol syrup, salt, flavourings, butter, preservative: calcium propionate.
May contain traces of nuts, soy, and sesame.
