Farfalloni di Gragnano IGP are extra-large bow-tie pasta shapes, measuring nearly 7 cm wide and 4 cm tall. Produced in Gragnano—the historic capital of Italian pasta—these Farfalloni are made following ancient family traditions using coarse-grained first-extraction semolina and the pure spring water of the Lattari Mountains.

Crafted using bronze dies, they develop a rough, porous surface that holds sauces beautifully. The pasta then undergoes a slow, gentle drying process at low temperature, which preserves its structure, aroma and exceptional quality.

A true gourmet pasta perfect for creamy sauces, vegetable ragù, baked dishes, and elegant centre-plate recipes.
