A naturally leavened, oven-baked puff pastry filled with a rich 30% chocolate cream. Made with type “0” soft wheat flour and layered pastry for a light, flaky texture and a smooth chocolate centre. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a quick sweet treat.

Soft wheat flour type “0”, chocolate filling 30% (sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fat (palm), chocolate 8%: sugar, cocoa, cocoa butter; whole milk powder; flavouring; gelling agent: pectin; preservative: potassium sorbate), vegetable margarine (palm fat, water, vegetable oils: rapeseed, sunflower; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrate; salt; flavourings), natural yeast (wheat), sugar, eggs, water, glucose syrup, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), humectant: sorbitol syrup, salt, flavourings, butter, skimmed milk powder, preservative: calcium propionate.
