Ingredients:
- 160 g pasta
- 1 packet of grilled vegetable
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g primosale
- Basil to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions and times indicated on the package. Meanwhile, cook the Grilled Vegetable Trio in a pan with a tablespoon of oil for about 5 minutes
- Drain the pasta, reserving a cup of the cooking water. Add the pasta to the vegetables, pour in the reserved water, and mix over high heat for a couple of minutes to combine the flavors.
- Finally, season with more extra virgin olive oil, crumbled primosale cheese, basil leaves, and pepper to taste.
