Olive Oil and Rosemary Crackers are made from SOURDOUGH and left to rise naturally for 24 hours…even more aromatic! They are then rolled into thin layers of dough, which when baked keeps the crackers crisp, resulting in an average of 70% less saturated fat than other crackers.

 

Olive oil and Rosemary Crackerss prepared with SOURDOUGH, left to rise for 24 hours… even more fragrant! Afterwards the dough is passed through special rollers forming a very thin sheet of pastry layered on top of another which, once baked, gives the crackers their characteristic crispness. with olive oil and 70% lower in saturated fats than the average crackers in Italy.
