Crafted with premium coarse semolina and pure Monti Lattari spring water, they’re bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures. Their smooth, delicately porous surface makes them ideal for rich ragù or simple sauces alike—an authentic, high-quality pasta true to Italian tradition.
