The Terre Francescane mono-varietal extra virgin olive oil is produced with a single variety of olive - the Frantoio.
It is one of the most uniformly widespread cultivars on Italian territory. The olive is long and oval and its maturation is late. The resulting oil is fine, elegant with a balanced taste. Available in limited quantities.
