Made without water, the dough is crafted exclusively with whole fresh Italian eggs and premium durum wheat semolina, following the award-winning method perfected by the Spinosi family. Introduced in 2009 at the prestigious Armani Ginza Tower in Tokyo by Vincenzo Spinosi, SpinoBelli continues to represent one of the brand’s most iconic creations.
With a larger cross-section than Spinosini, SpinoBelli was designed as the modern replacement for the discontinued tonnarelli shape. The pasta cooks in just 6 minutes, offering an al dente bite and a rich egg flavour that stands out in any dish.
Perfect with smooth sauces, tomato-basil classics, lightly sautéed vegetables, or simple preparations with olive oil and fresh herbs.
