Spinosi Tagliatelle are one of Italy’s most iconic pasta shapes, widely loved across the country. Particularly celebrated in Emilia–Romagna, they are traditionally paired with hearty meat sauces such as ragù. Their name comes from the Italian verb “tagliare”, meaning to cut, reflecting the traditional technique used to create these ribbons.

Measuring approximately 5 mm wide, Spinosi Tagliatelle are crafted with premium durum wheat semolina and 33.4% fresh Italian eggs, giving them a rich colour, excellent texture and superior cooking performance. Ideal for classic ragù, creamy sauces, mushrooms, truffle, seafood, and gourmet preparations.
