Zuppalatte is the original Colussi dry biscuit, crumbly and perfect for dunking. From today, even more delicious thanks to the rediscovery of the ancient stone grinding technique of buckwheat, millet, and spelt flours obtained by crushing the cereal in its entirety for a unique and authentic taste.
Dry biscuit with coffee and cocoa
Ingredients: wheat flour ( wheat ) 69% – sugar – sunflower seed oil 7% – fresh pasteurized whole milk 4.5% – spelt wheat flakes flour 2.5% – rice flour 2.5% – buckwheat grains 2.5% – cocoa powder 1% – robusta coffee extract 0.5% – glucose syrup – raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate – dextrose – emulsifier: soy lecithin – salt – flavourings. May contain eggs and mustard. Store in a cool, dry place.
